4. Timelines and delivery

Any timeline provided is an estimate based on normal processing flow. Government or third-party review timelines are outside iWorks Global direct control.

Where additional information is required, your submission may be reopened with an update note. Service resumes once updated information is resubmitted.

6. Fees and refunds

Administrative and consultation efforts already rendered are generally non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, it is processed according to the selected payment method and applicable provider rules.

You agree not to misuse the portal, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to other users, services, files, or data.

8. Limitation
